I am currently working as Compliance Officer for the TYPO3 Association, where I focus on ethical and legal compliance, European digital regulation, governance processes, transparency, mediation topics, and long-term sustainability for the TYPO3 ecosystem. I originally started building websites with TYPO3 in 2005 and co-founded W-Seils in 2009, a french TYPO3 agency. From 2020 to 2026, I served on the TYPO3 Association Board with responsibilities covering budgeting, elections, events, governance processes, diversity & inclusion, and ethical and legal compliance. I am leading the TYPO3 UX Team since several years and coordinated the TYPO3 Product Strategy Group between 2024 and 2025. I enjoy connecting technical, organizational, and human topics together, especially when it helps open source projects become more mature, sustainable, and trustworthy. I tend to be direct, pragmatic, collaborative, and optimistic, with a strong focus on consistency, fairness, and teamwork.
