TYPO3 in a Container

The Documentation Team has recently improved the section of the TYPO3 Explained manual that covers how to run TYPO3 in a Docker setup — or more generally, in a container.

The Only German at the TYPO3 Camp France

The TYPO3 Camp Nantes was held on 6–8 October, 2023. It was my first time attending this camp and I was the only German participant. It was the smallest TYPO3 Camp I have ever been to — with about 25 participants — and it had the highest red wine-to-beer ratio of any camp that I have attended!

Documenting TYPO3 Version 12

When integrators and editors start using any version of TYPO3, they need to be able to access documentation relevant to the version they are using. We believe that accurate, up-to-date documentation should be available at the start of the lifetime of an LTS version. That’s why we’re taking steps now to get ready for TYPO3 version 12 LTS.

This year, a special interest group was formed to update screenshots in the official TYPO3 documentation. Updating screenshots manually is tedious and boring. This article explains the really cool automatic solution we have devised, and we’re looking for people to help us make it even better.
