Daniel is the CEO of Arxia, a Romanian web agency specialized in TYPO3. He initiated the ‘TYPO3 East Europe (T3EE)’ event in 2013 and is involved in its organization each year. Combining his passion for traveling for TYPO3 and for helping people to achieve more was his long-standing dream, which was made possible through the TYPO3 Community Expansion initiative that Daniel leads, and that took him to present TYPO3 in Rwanda in 2018.

Transform Africa Summit (TAS) is the continent's flagship conference on strategic digital transformation. The event took place in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, in April 2023. TYPO3 was also there, along with heads of state, government ministers, directors of national agencies and many more relevant stakeholders.
Report on TYPO3-Based Government Websites in Rwanda
Since 2019, 250 Rwandan government websites have been planned, built, and launched using TYPO3. Many more are on the way. In collaboration with our community, the TYPO3 Association has provided on-site expertise and education—but the impact goes far beyond tech.

TYPO3 Mentorship Program 2021
The aim of the TYPO3 International Mentorship Program is to expand the reach of TYPO3 CMS, to grow the community and market. The coordinating committee conducted a successful pilot program in 2020, supporting young web developers from five countries to make their first steps into the TYPO3 world.
TYPO3 in Every Country: The TYPO3 Mentorship Program
A learning opportunity for the global web development community is about to start. The first six TYPO3 students come from countries in Latin America and Africa.
TYPO3 grows strong in Africa
At the same time, as the release for the TYPO3 10 LTS was prepared, another launch was about to happen. The Government of Rwanda has recently unveiled its new web portal, the online window through which the African country shares information with its citizens and with the world. The Gov.RW portal is powered by TYPO3 CMS.
