Unsuccessful Third Election Round for TYPO3 Association Board
None of the remaining candidates achieved 50% of the votes. The election is therefore deemed unsuccessful and the board will have only six members.
At midnight 14 April 2026, the voting round concluded without any candidate securing the requisite 218 votes needed for election. The selection of the seventh board member was therefore unsuccessful, resulting in the TYPO3 Association Board being reduced to six members. This number is the minimum requirement stipulated in the bylaws.
The Board will look at ways to improve the voting procedure to prevent such situations happening again in the future.
Results of the Third Round
Of the 1117 eligible voters, 436 took part in the election. This is a 39% participation rate. Each voter was able to give one vote.
