TYPO3 Association extraordinary General Assembly
On May 10th and 11th the TYPO3 Associations Board and Steering Committee (SC) met in Munich for an extraordinary General Assembly. As planned on the regular General Assembly in March the new bylaws had been prepared and voted for.

Steering Committee Strategical Meeting
The Steering Committee met in Hamburg on the 4th of December at Bitfarmers for a Strategical Meeting. Oliver Hader (new core team leader) and Benni Mack (new release manager) have been invited to the meeting to participate. The structure of the Steering Committee and the TYPO3 Association as such have been discussed earlier in Karlsruhe.
TYPO3 Association CoS-CoB Meeting and Q&A Session in Karlsruhe
From 12-13 November the TYPO3 Associations Steering Committee and Board met in Karlsruhe for the quarterly CoS-CoB (Combined Steering Committee and Board) Meeting. For the Question & Answer Session not a single person showed up though.
