Florian is engaged in professional skill management and part time teaching at a higher educational institution for fun and social responsibility. Dedicating his time to give Learners the opportunity to show their strengths in a way that allows proper reflection of their theoretical and practical achievements, he founded the NPO Verein Business Angels. Following up the project lead of a 3-year Erasmus+ project with international partners, he co-founded the SkillDisplay GmbH.
