How Scrum drives project management of TYPO3 version 5. Since the new PHP-Framework FLOW3 that forms the basis for the upcoming TYPO3, is sufficiently stable, the TYPO3-team concentrates more on the development of TYPO3 5, code name Phoenix since the beginning of this year. On March 21st 2010 the TYPO3-Phoenix team's decided to plan and develop the new TYPO3 version more agile with the help of the Scrum principle.
