TYPO3 Association Extraordinary General Assembly

The TYPO3 Association holds an extraordinary General Assembly online on 29 October 2026. The only agenda item is a set of amendments to the Association’s bylaws.

The amendments introduce Units, which are self-managed groups of contributors that each take responsibility for one area of the project. They also introduce a Unit Cooperation Panel, which coordinates priorities and acts as product owner for the TYPO3 Product Roadmap. In addition, they implement five petitions that members adopted at the ordinary General Assembly in April 2026, including limits on re-elections and the publication of reports and records. TYPO3 Association members vote online from 21 October until 29 October 2026 at 11:59 CET, so the assembly itself is a short formal act. The amendments need a two-thirds majority to pass. Before the vote, the Board offers several online FAQ sessions. Members who want to attend the assembly must register by 28 October 2026 at 23:59 CET.
