Chatbots in Practice — Academic Committee Happy Hour
The TYPO3 Academic Committee has established a one-hour online meeting that takes place approximately once a quarter, with a short keynote speech on an interesting topic followed by time for questions and discussion.
This time, two approaches that pursue the same goal: better service for website users!
- André Richter (queonext) will show us the VBG chatbot, based on MS Copilot. He will not only provide technical details on its implementation, but also exciting statistics on its use and an outlook on its further development.
- Eric Schümann (University of Erfurt) will present the university chatbot. This uses its own Python stack (LangChain, Mistral). You will learn how its own crawler keeps the data up to date and what hurdles need to be overcome with regard to dates and bilingual content.
The online meeting is hosted by the University of Oldenburg, Germany.
