First beta of TemplaVoilà 1.0

Robert Lemke has released the first BETA of TemplaVoilà 1.0. The source is available on the typo3xdev CVS on SourceForge; all users and developers are invited to test the new version. All hints, bugs, and suggestions should be posted on the typo3.projects.templavoila list.

TemplaVoilà 1.0 can only be tested with a recent version of TYPO3 3.9dev (with workspaces support), which is also available in the TYPO3 SourceForge CVS.
