Updated release timeline for TYPO3 4.0

The release timeline for TYPO3 4.0 has been updated in order to have a final release together with the launch of the new corporate design.
Postponing the release of TYPO3 4.0 will at the same time give the developers more time to prepare a thorough testing phase of the new features.
The new schedule consists of these (tentative) dates:
December 20
- Release TYPO3 4.0 beta 1
- 4 weeks for testing
March 2006
- Feature freeze
- Release 4.0 RC1
- Two weeks for testing (one week more than usually because of T3BOARD)
+1 week
- Maybe: TYPO3 4.0 Final
- Otherwise: 4.0 RC2
- If another RC is needed, each one will add 1 more week for additional tests.
